What should you not flush down the toilet?
Only use
the toilet to flush toilet paper and human waste. All other items may mess up
the plumbing system and pollute the environment.
Examples of
items that should never be flushed:
- Dental floss
- Cleaning cloths/Dry cleaning sponges
- Paper napkins/wet wipes
- Cotton buds
- Condoms
- Tampons/diapers
- Hair
Items that
are not supposed to be flushed may clog your toilet and cause big, as well as
time consuming problems for IRF’s drain cleaning department.
